Meet the Founder
Hello.. My name is Naveen Maram
I believe empathy is powerful. A great man said it’s not how much you have that matters, but it’s what you do with what you have. The statement triggered magic that echoed through me the moment I heard it. I knew immediately, that the purpose of my life was to provide for others in any way possible. As a people-focused compassionate leader, I endeavour to empower my people and produce a new generation of authentic and inspired leaders. My mission is to enable others to discover their purpose and inspire them to fearlessly pursue their dreams, towards a more fulfilling life and career and create their own success stories. So I started a blog in Jan 2023 called ‘Maram Mentions’ to offer readers a glimpse into my thoughts and experiences and provide mentorship and psychological understanding from my life experiences on how to reflect and pivot and develop skills of resilience and view negativity as an opportunity for learning. What's more, I seek to challenge the status quo and inspire a shared vision whilst fostering collaboration. I am a problem solver at heart and I thrive on solving complex business problems. It is this passion for problem-solving that led me to establish SynergoMax; a place where we are inspired by the notion of solving business problems and helping businesses unlock their potential to achieve greatness and continue to thrive during uncertainty.

I've spent over 17 years in the workforce, including a solid decade in various management positions. Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to make a real impact, saving companies hundreds of thousands of dollars along the way. I've spearheaded numerous continuous improvement initiatives, collaborated with brilliant minds from around the globe, optimised supply chains, weathered through organisational restructures and even worked as an internal consultant. But it wasn't until I dived headfirst into working with consultants and pursuing my Executive MBA that I realised, being a top-notch consultant requires more than just technical expertise. It's all about connecting with people on a deeper level and mastering the art of consulting. As I reflected on my experiences, it hit me—the secret to my success as an internal consultant was my natural ability to build relationships. I thrived on problem-solving, ethically influencing others, and driving change. That's when the idea struck me—I had to embark on the adventure of consulting, taking my skills beyond the confines of a single organisation. And that's how SynergoMax came to be, my brainchild ready to take on the world, one remarkable client at a time. My mission is to help businesses translate strategic visions into actionable initiatives, seize untapped opportunities, and create a profound impact.
